Reading history records the last page you reached in every chapter you open, so the reader returns you to the right spot.

Favourites let you follow a series and keep it at the top of your profile.

Bookmarks save a specific chapter to come back to. Bookmarked chapters are also excluded from click-through metrics, so saving something for later never inflates a series' numbers.
